UESN FILES
Network members are linked together by a collaborative File (folder containing a selection of loose-leaf pages) which comes out four times a year, coordinating with the seasons. The File's focus is more spiritual than political. Members contribute to this usually on a set 'theme' linked to Nature. Some themes we have used are :-
“Rebirth and Renewal”
“Ebb and Flow”
“Animals”
“The Wheel of the Year”
“Hibernation”
“Talking with Nature”.
Contributers are encouraged to explore the themes on a number of levels and in this way, our writers/networkers share and express their ideas, feelings and inspirations. We aim to encourage and support one another (especially Unitarians who may not be able to attend a church fellowship or who belong to a fellowship that is more Christo-centred or Humanist centred, than Earth centred). Material from the Files have also become a valuable creative resource for use in Unitarian services and meditation groups.
